Skiing with Jakaski

Key information

• Course duration: 5 consecutive days in one week (Monday–Friday).
• Schedule: morning or afternoon lessons (depending on your choice and availability at booking).
• Course finale: on the last day (Friday) we organise a race with results, where every child receives a diploma/souvenir.
• Age limits: ski training is for children from age 4, snowboard training from age 7.
• Minimum group size: a course can only run with a minimum of 8 children per kindergarten or primary school (if fewer than 8 children attend, the fee for 8 children is still charged).
• Instructors: training is led by certified snow-sport instructors with a pedagogical approach and years of experience.

Benefits of training with Jakaski

• Our own ski nursery: training takes place in our own dedicated, enclosed ski nursery area. It offers a safe, calm and visually engaging environment away from the general public, ideal for complete beginners.
• Modern conveyor lift: our area has a conveyor belt lift (a "magic carpet"). It saves children's time and energy, since they don't need to walk back up the slope, resulting in noticeably faster progress and more enjoyment.
• Zone for advanced skiers: for older or more advanced pupils we prepare a zone with terrain features and park boxes that develop balance, coordination and creativity on snow.

Pricing and cancellation terms

The price is set per pupil per day, based on the chosen daily training length:

The price includes: a ski-lift pass for the duration of training, the work of certified instructors, teaching materials, and the ski school's complete technical facilities.

Cancellation fee: if a registered child does not attend, a cancellation fee of €8 per child applies (charged only for the first missed day; later days of absence are free of charge).

Requirements for schools

Children who have an assigned assistant at their kindergarten or primary school, or who require special support, need to have an assistant available during ski training as well. The school must inform the ski school of this in advance. Please provide the details and scope of these needs in the note field at the end of this form.

• Informed consent: written consent from the child's legal guardian for participation in the training.
• Informed consent, along with information about the child's health and skiing/snowboarding skill level, will be filled in by parents in a form we will send you after you submit this application.

Optional additional services at the Jahodná resort

These services are not included in the base training price and are booked/paid for separately at the resort:

• Equipment storage: the option to securely store skis, snowboards and helmets at the resort for the whole week. Price: €10 / day / for the whole school (kindergarten). Paid in cash or by card directly at the Jahodná resort till.
• Discounted equipment rental (Ski Rent Jahodná): you can get a 50% discount off the official Jahodná rental price list. jahodna.sk/cennik-pozicovna-2025
